terrible service. Once they get money do not give a shit if problems have arisen. Only had equipment for 2 wks and have been out at 5 times. Now tankless water heater once again not functioning proberly. So no hat water until Monday sometime and they said just boil water . Are you kidding . Reliance Home Comfort Kitchener Consumer Complaint
Called Reliance as it was recommended by a friend when furnace broke. Agreed to a service call between 4-8 pm on Saturday. I was home from 3:30 pm on. Called them at 8:30 pm as no one had arrived. They advised that they had called both my numbers and came to my house and no one was home. Re-arranged appointment for 1-6 on Sunday. Checked my cell phone call log and house call log. Only call was at 2:30 pm from a private caller with no message. Called reliance back to confirm numbers and time of attendance.
